A custom designed website was created to showcase the available properties in the greater Wenatchee Valley.
We provided a complete and extensive IDX setup and integration service that connected to their local MLS framework. Our IDX system allows full control over all MLS fields so that the design is completely custom and the client is not not stuck with a pre-made theme. An automatic sync was set up to pull MLS data every minute to ensure that the website listings were up to date and displaying properly.
We also integrated a MLS email alert system that allows users to set preferences for the types of property they are looking for and get notified as soon as those requirements are met. We custom designed the email alerts and continuously manage the system for best performance.
